Was lovely to catch up with a friend of mine, Tina Dacombe, last week at Plains FM. She is doing a series of podcasts celebrating diversity in our hometown, Christchurch and I was fortunate to be interviewed. Check it out above and have a listen!
Tina is a dear friend of mine and does a lot of amazing work in the community. She is a Primary Teacher trained and currently working in Adult Education, Tina is also a Therapist and runs a bespoke Cleaning Business. She has an interest in emotional literacy and mental health. The last few years have seen her focus on youth suicide in Canterbury and she has become a lighthouse for youth in need. Her approachable and nurturing nature are providing a soft place for youth in crisis to turn to where they feel heard and not judged.
My Cup is privileged to sponsor her series and looking forward to hearing about what women are up to in Christchurch!
