The Me Luna® Sport is 25% more resilient (firmer) than Me Luna® Classic. If you press the cup in your hand, it immediately springs back into shape. Like the name the Me Luna® Sport has the active/sports playing, extremely busy women in mind. Normal to heavy flow and strong pelvic floor muscles work well with this cup.
Me Luna® size S is one of the smallest menstrual cups worldwide. No vaginal births, light menstrual flow, good pelvic floor muscles and are not sexually active are the requirements for this cup.

Volume: 23ml to the brim, 15ml to the holes.
Me Luna® size M is still one of the smaller menstrual cups in the world, but it offers 28ml volume. Me Luna® size M is used by women who have a medium menstrual flow, have good pelvic floor muscles and can be used by women who have or have not given birth.
Dimensions: Greatest diameter 41mm, length 48mm without grip.
Volume: 28ml to the brim, 20ml to the holes.
Me Luna® size L is used by women who have had vaginal births and women who have heavy menstrual flow. The diameter of the Me Luna® size L is 44mm. Therefore, it can also be used by women with weakened pelvic floor muscles.

Volume: 34ml to the brim, 24ml to the holes.
Me Luna® size XL - SPORT is used by women who have had more then 1 or 2 vaginal births. Women, which have a very heavy menstrual flow. The diameter of the Me Luna® size XL is 46mm. If the length does not cause any problems, it also can be used for considerably weakened pelvic floor muscles.
